1. About Us TDT UK and our programmes provides dog training services including [assistance dog training / therapy dog preparation / general obedience classes/ assessments and Public Access Testing]. These terms apply to all bookings made with us, whether in person, by phone, or online.

2. Services
• We offer [1:1 sessions / group classes / online support / assessments - details and pricing of which are set out at the time of booking or on our websites.
• Our training methods are force-free / positive reinforcement based, in line with APDT UK / IMDT / ABTC guidance. Our ethics meet dog centred welfare at all times.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., that a dog will pass an assessment or qualify as a therapy dog or legally recognised assistance dog). Training outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the individual dog’s temperament and the owner’s practice between sessions. 3. Bookings and Payment
• Bookings are confirmed on receipt of full payment in advance or by installments for our on line training programmes where applicable.
• Prices are as stated at time of booking and include VAT unless shown on invoice.
• Payment is due in advance of training or assessment sessions/ on the day for online bookings / or per specific invoice terms.
• All online courses have lifetime access but any course package which includes the cost of assessments/dog training awards must be completed within 3 years of your course purchase. Any assessments after the three-year window can be undertaken but will be charged additionally and your dog’s age at the time of the assessment will be taken into consideration.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Clients cancelling or rescheduling a live TDT UK or Fun and Games live session will receive credit toward a future session where possible and practical apart and one months-notice must be given. See our separate cancellation terms on website.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session (e.g., due to illness, weather, or venue issues) and will offer the next available alternative or a full refund.

5. Health, Safety and Suitability
• Dogs attending live training and assessment sessions must be up to date with vaccinations and free from contagious illness, and clients must confirm this before attending.
• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue training for a dog whose behaviour poses a genuine risk to people or other dogs, in line with our Dog Removal Policy.
• Clients must inform us of any known aggression, reactivity, or relevant medical conditions before the first session.

6. Liability
• Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, as such exclusions are not permitted under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
• Subject to the above, clients handle their own dogs at all times during sessions and are responsible for their dog’s actions, including any injury or damage caused to third parties or property, except where this arises from our negligence. All handlers must be over 18.
• We hold public liability insurance to £5,0000.

7. Data Protection We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our separate Privacy Policy for full details of what we collect, why, and your rights.

8. Photos and Video We will not use photos or video of you or your dog for marketing or social media without your separate, explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time. See our Photo/Video Release for details.

9. Complaints If you’re unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at [email/phone] in the first instance. We aim to respond within 3 working days. See our Complaints Policy for our full process.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales [amend if Scotland/NI applies], and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
